Ingredients:
Mixture of proteins micelares sustained release comprising multifunctional serum protein concentrate (containing alpha-lactalbumin, micellar alpha and beta casein, and caseinates), isolated from serum microfiltered (containing fractions of peptides isolated from whey), egg albumin, calcium caseinate, milk protein concentrate, cocoa, maltodextrin, corn syrup solid, taste, vegetable gum, xanthan gum, sucralose, mono and di glycerides, sodium alginate and lecithin.

How to use:
Mix 2 tablespoons (about 40 grams of protein) with between 250 and 300 ml of cold water or juice. Consume 2 to 4 doses per day, depending on needs.
